2011 Notice and Forms Were Sent in January, 2011!
All needed forms for 2011 evaluations will be available in
January 2011. If you did not get my notice, please contact me right away.

Please do not use any forms from previous years. If you do,
I will contact you to submit the correct form and it will delay
the processing time for your portfolio.

Unfortunately, I DO NOT have any openings for new PA families
this year.

My Pennsylvania families are always invited to participate in
TEA activities such as the graduation ceremony, fall conference,
and spring gala.

Email  is always the best way to reach me, so please send
any questions to me that way. I will reply to you as soon as
possible. Call if you do not have access to email.

I look forward to supporting you in your homeschool
endeavor this year!

Erie Diploma Transcript Template: Due to me by 10/10/10 if you are getting an Erie diploma. Please send it to me as an email attachment by 10/10/10.
